Hard Chrome Plating began in 1928 and is still the most popular coating for today’s industrial markets.
Our state-of-the-art Chrome Plating Department has 10 vertical plating tanks with 5,000 / 20,000, / 30,000 amp rectifiers and the ability to plate 30’ length x 48” diameter parts. We use a HEEF hard chrome designed several years ago as a high-speed, etch-free replacement for standard conventional chrome solutions. High-level corrosion protection, excellent wear resistance, less edge build-up, and superior plating speeds are just a few additional benefits for this type of hard chrome.
Advantages
Works with a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, copper, brass, and more
